lateral movements

I'm currently in the process of looking for a potential new job. Not that my job is bad. But the actions of some upper management/senior staff has forced me to question if I want to spend my career at one company. So I'm dealing with feeling guilty for looking for new opportunities when I have made many friends and mentors where I currently am. And more than anything, I will genuinely miss a lot of the people I see nearly every day. All assuming I find an appropriate new opportunity. I may be getting a head of myself.

In other news, where is spring? March is not feeling as warm as it sounded in January...
